The company has become Elfant Pontz Properties and the new name is as much of a reflection of how the real estate firm has evolved as where it is headed. How it got there is an example of how one generation recognizes the strength of a younger one and takes what could seem as a risk to attach its future on it. Sometimes in business, that’s not an easy task to achieve."
