Accidentally Locked Out?

If maintenance has to come out to your unit as a result of a lockout after business hours or over the weekend, the residents will be responsible for paying the maintenance person $35.00 (Cash payment accepted only) upon arrival. If no cash payment is received then there will be a charge to your account per the lease agreement. If your lockout occurs after 10:00 p.m. then you must call a locksmith to let you in and assume the cost. Maintenance will not come out to your unit. Please see lease agreement for further details.

Emergencies Examples:

  • No heat and its below 50 degrees outside
  • Electrical outlets or light switches are sparking
  • Water supply line is leaking
  • Fire
  • Gas leak (call PGW’s emergency number: 215/235-1212)
